How It Works

Three simple steps to transform your wholesale process.

1

List Your Inventory

Upload vehicles individually or in bulk via Excel/CSV. Auto-fill details from external URLs and set smart pricing with margin brackets.

2

Wholesale Dealers Place Bids

Qualified Wholesale Dealers browse your inventory and place bids in real-time. Set max auto-bid limits and receive instant notifications.

3

Deals Close Automatically

Auctions close on schedule with countdown timers. Winning bids are confirmed and both parties are notified to complete the transaction.

Powerful Features

Everything you need to manage wholesale operations across RV, Marine, Powersports, and Heavy Equipment.

Smart Pricing Brackets

Configure margin brackets by price range. Bulk upload automatically prices units based on NADA values, cost, and your margin rules.

Real-Time Auctions

Countdown timers, auto-bidding with max limits, and instant notifications keep the bidding competitive and fair.

Bulk Upload

Import vehicles from Excel or CSV files with preview and auto-assign by location code. Handles hundreds of units at once.

Sales Analytics

Track monthly sales volume, revenue trends, and gross profit across your inventory with detailed reporting.

Multi-Location Management

Manage dealer groups with GL codes, track personnel, and organize inventory across all your locations.

Automated Notifications

Welcome emails, bid alerts, auction closing notices, and daily digest summaries keep everyone informed.

Image Auto-Fill

Automatically scrape vehicle photos from external listings. Batch process hundreds of vehicles at once.

Watchlist & Tracking

Save favorite listings, track bid history, and get notified when watched vehicles receive new bids or close.

Anti-Snipe Protection

Last-second bids automatically extend the auction by 5 minutes, ensuring fair competition and preventing bid sniping.

Reserve Pricing

Set hidden minimum prices on your listings. If bidding doesn't reach the reserve, you keep the vehicle -- no obligation to sell.

Make an Offer

Wholesalers can submit offers on zero-bid listings. Dealers accept, decline, or counter -- creating a flexible negotiation flow.

Auto-Relist

Expired or unsold listings can be relisted with one click at a suggested price. Keep inventory moving with minimal effort.

Audit Trail

Every action is logged -- bid placements, status changes, admin overrides. Full transparency for compliance and dispute resolution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We have answers.

You can list RVs (Class A, B, C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers), Marine vessels (boats, watercraft, jet skis), Powersports (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides), Heavy Equipment (construction, agriculture, industrial), and Car/Truck inventory.
Wholesale Dealers can set a maximum bid amount when placing a bid. If another bidder outbids them, the system automatically places incremental bids on their behalf up to their maximum. This ensures fair competition while saving time for busy buyers.
Yes. The bulk upload tool accepts Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files. Simply map your columns to our format -- stock number, year, make/model, cost, and NADA value -- and upload hundreds of vehicles at once. Prices are automatically calculated using your margin brackets.
You define price ranges and their corresponding markup percentages. For example, vehicles costing $10,000-$30,000 might use a 12% margin, while $30,000-$60,000 uses 10%. The system takes the higher of NADA value or cost, applies the bracket percentage, and rounds up to the nearest $100.
Yes. New accounts require admin approval before gaining access. This ensures only verified dealerships and licensed Wholesale Dealers participate on the platform. Admins receive notifications for pending registrations and can approve or reject accounts with one click.
When the countdown timer expires, the system checks if the reserve price (if set) was met. If so, the highest bidder wins and both parties are notified. If the reserve wasn't met, the dealer can relist at a lower price. All bid history is preserved.
If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of an auction, the closing time automatically extends by 5 minutes. This prevents last-second sniping and gives all bidders a fair chance to respond. Extensions can happen multiple times if bidding remains active.
Yes. On listings with zero bids, wholesalers can submit a direct offer. The dealer can accept, decline, or send a counteroffer. If the buyer accepts the counter, the deal closes automatically. This creates a flexible negotiation path for units that haven't attracted competitive bidding.
Yes, you have a 5-minute window after placing a bid to retract it. After that, the bid is binding. This gives you a brief safety net for accidental bids while maintaining the integrity of the auction process.
